What to Expect
1. Gentle Yoga Exercises
We will start with some gentle yoga exercises designed to release tension and prepare you for deep relaxation. These aren’t your Instagram yoga influencer’s moves—think simple, effective poses that will have you saying “Aaaaaah…” instead of “Ow!”
2. Meditation for Centering
Now that yoga’s done, time for a short guided meditation to center your mind, kick out the mental clutter and set your intentions for the session. The goal? To be so relaxed, that you’re practically horizontal…before you even lie down.
3. The Sound Healing Session
As the lights dim and you settle into a comfortable horizontal position (think starfish, not fetal), the session begins. The bowls are played around your body, creating resonant vibrations that will envelop you in a cocoon of tranquility so deep, you might just forget what day it is.
5. Personal Reflection and Sharing
After the sound bath, take a few few minutes to wiggle your toes, come back to Earth and reflect on your experience.
