Rakshinda Kabir PhD
I’m Rakshinda Kabir and I am passionate about helping people improve their well-being and life satisfaction. Driven by this passion, I pursued a PhD in Social Psychology from Monash University where I developed a deep-rooted interest in mindfulness meditation. This interest led me to create the Mindfulness Skills Development (MSD) program which focused on teaching stress management techniques for resilience building.
To further explore methods for establishing personal connection and healing, I became a QHHT practitioner, a powerful approach that helps individuals find relief from unresolved issues and gain clarity in their lives. Additionally, I trained in Sound Healing Therapy under a fourth-generation master in Nepal, learning how the sound vibrations from Himalayan singing bowls can produce deep relaxation and restore mind/body balance.
By combining my knowledge and understanding of mindfulness, QHHT, healing bowl therapy, and psychological research, I am passionate about individuals reduce stress and build resilience, to ultimately lead a balanced life.
